Dazzling Together
Virtual Retreat for EDS & HSD Zebras
Why dazzling ? A group of zebras = a dazzle! Join us on May 17th for EDS/HSD and Mental Health Awareness Month! Explore the body-mind connection with specialists Averie McCauley, LCSW-BACS, & Dr. Elisabetta D‘Agata.

Individuals living with hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) experience complexity in their lives that others in able-bodies may have difficulty understanding. We offer a space of safety and belonging that supports connection to self and others.

This 3-hour virtual retreat is for adults seeking education, community, and support – all from the comfort of your own space. While tailored to navigating challenges related to hypermobility, EDS, and co-occurring conditions, all experiences of complex health are welcome.

Participants will be invited to join in expressive arts, meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, and empowering education to navigate complex health. Connect with community and explore creatively bringing nature indoors. A care package and resource guide are included and will be mailed to participants in advance.
