Safe & Sound Protocol

The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a powerful listening therapy designed to help regulate the nervous system so that you can better connect with yourself, others and the world around you. Through the specially filtered music, the SSP sends cues of safety to your nervous system, building the foundation for awareness, embodiment, and resilience.

Five hours of music. Long-lasting impact.

The music of the SSP has been filtered to highlight specific sound frequencies. As you listen, these highlighted frequencies send cues of safety to retune your nervous system, which can help you feel more settled, engaged, and balanced. Some nervous systems have a more challenging time interpreting safety on their own. This can be due to a number of reasons including but not limited to difficult life events, living with illness or injury, and experiencing sensory, learning, or developmental differences. The SSP helps to restore this ability by sending cues of safety directly to the nervous system so you can feel more calm, engaged, and balanced. The SSP is backed by decades of research and may be helpful in reducing symptoms and supporting overall health and resiliency for people seeking support for:

  • Trauma history

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Autism, hyperactivity, and attention

  • Chronic pain

  • Chronic health conditions

  • Sensory and auditory processing

  • And more
